Blitz Challenge with GM D.Gukesh

Have you ever played a serious game against a GM? This is your chance to cross swords with not just a talented grandmaster but also the second youngest GM in the history of the sport. D. Gukesh will be playing against the Premium members of ChessBase Account in a 3 minute + 2 second increment encounter. The games will be commented by IM Sagar Shah and after it ends he will be discussing with Gukesh with regards to why he made certain decisions and analyze the game in depth. You not only get to play against a future world class opponent, but also get your games analyzed in the process! Join in on the 7th of August 2020 at 4 p.m. IST for the Blitz Challenge with Gukesh.

D. Gukesh is just 14 years old, but already boasts of an astronomic Elo of 2563. What separates Gukesh from his other grandmaster colleagues and child prodigies is the fact that this youngster has never really used a chess engine for his analysis. He always likes to think for the moves on his own and has the self-confidence in him that he can find the best moves in a given position. This is the reason why it is going to be very exciting to see the young lad in action as he takes on the premium members of ChessBase Account in blitz games that will have the time control of 3 min + 2 sec increment. While Gukesh plays the games, IM Sagar Shah will commentate on them and once they are completed he will discuss it with Gukesh.
